How does The Modest Box Work?

Subscribe using the button above. We'll send you your Modest Box on roughly the first week of every month. Billing occurs on the 1st of every calendar month. That's it!

Do I get to pick the products in my box?

While providing customized boxes is something we've thought about, we've also thought about just how many products there are- and that's a lot. We figured we would do the tedious work for you. In short, the answer is, not at this time.

If one of the products doesn't work for me, do I get a refund?

This will likely not happen, but in the event that it should...while we cannot refund the amount of the individual product, we'd love to talk with you. Send us an e-mail and we will make sure to sort it out. We value you.

Can I pause my subscription?

We all have those months where we either have too much of our subscribed product or the wallet's just a little bit tight. Don't worry- we understand, and you can pause or stop your subscription at anytime. Simply log into your account, or send our Customer Support team an e-mail.
